Payment: Payment is expected immediately, so please contact me if you are unable to pay immediately. I prefer PayPal but I will accept
a Money Order if PayPal is not an option for you. Any purchase not paid for within three days with no contact will be cancelled. Also
please be aware that I will not ship your piece(s) until I have received full payment.
Custom work: I require a 50% deposit on
all custom orders that will total more than $30 when completed. Any requests for pieces priced below $30 can be purchased when the
item is finished. Repeat customers with a good payment history do not have to pay a deposit on custom work.
Shipping: All pieces,
except custom stamped jewelry, will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days from receiving payment. Sterling Silver hand stamped jewelry
will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days from receiving payment. I ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping
fee includes the cost of postage, tracking, packaging, overhead and handling costs.
Shipping costs are as follows:
United Kingdom - $5.00
Canada - $2.50
Australia - $3.00
Everywhere Else in the World - $15.00
As always, I charge $.50 per additional
item and on orders over $100 the shipping is free! All packages are shipped First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. If you would
like an invoice included in your package, let me know as I don't usually include one unless it is requested.
Refunds and Exchanges: My
pieces are 100% guaranteed or your money back. Please contact me before returning a piece. Any pieces returned before contacting
me will not be refunded. Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving the piece and the piece must be returned within 14 days.
If your purchase at any time in the first month becomes defective due to a mechanical reason such as a break in the wire or a defective
clasp, please send back the piece. It will be fixed free of charge and sent back to you. A piece that has been damaged due to improper
care will not be refunded.
What if I wear a different size than what you have listed for sale?
& necklaces can be resized, or I can make a similar one in your size. If you have an idea for a piece you would like me to design,
or you would like an existing piece with some changes, please contact me at email@example.com. I do not charge for resizing.
do I care for my jewelry? Sterling Silver will tarnish if left out in the elements. Contact with oxygen and sulfur in the air can
cause your silver jewelry to tarnish. A tarnished appearance occurs when sulfur becomes bound to the surface of the silver. I have
found that the best way to prevent tarnishing is to store jewelry in a plastic zip top bag with a square of anti-tarnish paper. Sterling
silver is hypo-allergenic and can be worn by most people without overly tarnishing the silver. Also, avoid using toothbrushes or any
type of object with bristles to clean your silver jewelry as the bristles may cause permanent scratches. Sterling Silver is a very
soft metal and it cannot be repaired once its surface is damaged.
Do not wear your jewelry while showering or washing your hands.
You should clean your silver jewelry with a soft cloth or a jewelry cleaning cloth. A jewelry cleaning cloth has two sheets of cotton;
the outer layer is for buffing, and the inside layer contains special chemicals that will clean and shine the silver. Hand polishing
silver is the best way to keep silver shiny, and looking like new. You can find jewelry cleaning cloths in both department stores
and fine jewelry stores.
